Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily library operations, book lending, and cataloging
Support and mentor children in leading storytelling, book clubs, and other library activities
Maintain a calm, quiet, and sensory-friendly space
Coordinate with internal teams for book curation and inclusive programming
Build partnerships with schools, authors, and community groups
Maintain library inventory and basic reporting

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literature, Library Science, or similar
2+ years experience working with children in educational or informal learning spaces
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for children’s books and learning
Comfortable using basic digital tools

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of Indian children’s literature
Experience working in inclusive or neurodiverse-friendly settings
Multilingual (Hindi/Marathi a plus)
