Job Title: Route Trainer
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Route Trainer to lead product and soft skills training for our team. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance route management skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver product training sessions focusing on features, benefits, and sales techniques
- Conduct soft skills training on communication, customer handling, and problem-solving
- Create training materials and assessments to evaluate trainee performance
- Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to trainees
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a trainer or in a similar role
- Strong product knowledge and sales experience
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to design engaging training programs
- Graduate degree in any discipline
Salary: Up to 50k + TADA
