Job Description

Candidate serves as a key intermediary between an organization and Electricity Distribution Companies (Discoms), ensuring smooth coordination for solar power agreements, Net metering, and meter installations. Their role includes: Facilitating Agreements & Contracts – Understanding Discom policies, preparing applications, liaising with officials, negotiating terms, and tracking documentation. Managing Net Metering Processes – Navigating net metering regulations, assisting with applications, coordinating feasibility studies and following up on approvals. Overseeing Meter Installation – Ensuring compliance with Discom specifications, supporting meter procurement, scheduling installations, and resolving technical issues. General Liaisoning & Support – Building relationships, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. In short, they streamline complex processes, ensuring efficient approvals and implementation while maintaining strong communication with Discoms. Let me know if you'd like further refinements!
