Key Responsibilities:
· Manage liaising activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
· Obtain licenses, approvals, and NOCs from regulatory bodies (MIDC, UDCPR, CIDCO, etc.).
· Land acquisition, NA conversion, zoning, and building plan approvals.
· Ensure compliance with state/central policies for subsidies and incentives.
· Maintain relations with government officials and follow up on approvals.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate/Postgraduate
· 4-5 years of experience in liaising and regulatory approvals.
· Knowledge of MIDC norms, land-use policies, and government regulations.
· Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
