Key Responsibilities:
· Assist architects and engineers in developing plans as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, MSRDC, etc.
· Create and modify technical drawings as per regulatory norms.
· Assist in plan development and approvals.
· Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
· Support documentation for approvals and submissions.
· Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
Qualifications & Skills:
· Diploma in Architecture or ITI in Draftsman ship.
· 4-5 years of experience in preparing architectural and civil drawings.
· Ability to work with architects, engineers, and government authorities for approvals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
