We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills and the ability to convert architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D images, animations, and walkthroughs. Key Responsibilities Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and design briefs to create accurate 3D models. Develop realistic 3D renderings for buildings, interiors, exteriors, and landscapes. Apply materials, textures, and finishes as per project specifications. Set up lighting (natural and artificial) to enhance realism in renders. Produce walkthroughs, flythroughs, and 360° virtual tours. Perform post-production work in Photoshop or similar software. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to incorporate feedback. Maintain organized project files, textures, and asset libraries. Requirements Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino . Expertise in V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape rendering engines. Knowledge of Photoshop and other post-production tools. Good understanding of architectural drawings and space planning. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. [Optional] Familiarity with Revit for model import and coordination. Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Prior experience working in architectural or interior design firms.
