Architectural Draftsperson

As an Architectural Draftsman at our company based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in supporting design and construction projects by creating accurate architectural drawings and layouts. Your expertise in 2D and 3D designing using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit will be essential for the following key responsibilities: - Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and plans to support design and construction projects. - Assist in space planning and layout optimization for various projects. - Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and detail drawings as per project requirements. - Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with design standards and client expectations. - Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections for accurate measurements and conditions verification. - Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and company guidelines. - Collaborate with the design team to create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations. - Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software. - Strong understanding of space planning, building materials, and construction methods. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. - Ability to interpret architectural sketches, concepts, and technical drawings. - Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. - A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
