1) Primary responsibilities.: a. To study and understand Layouts/ Drawings / instructions from Client, and to co-ordinate the details to execution team. b. Preparing detailed material list needed to execute the project and following up with dispatch team for the same. c. To make daily progress report in excel format for each activity going on site. d. To co-ordinate with Architect / IT department / Clients Internal Department (internal Management) in case of any disrupt/ clarification regarding the project and making project work streamline. e. To co-ordinate between different teams for smooth operations. f. To Procure New labour and material vendor when and where required (local vendor for remote sites). g. To Take all the measurements on site as per described format, taking sigh of Necessary authority for billing process and forwarding it to Accounts department for final billing. h. To be the key in charge person on the sites allocated to the candidate and taking all responsibilities of site with Maturity. i. In case of Trunkey project, Site engineer will be the key person for any co-ordination between the company’s management team and labour contractors, where site engineer needs to plan, discuss, and summarise all the agencies and making them co-ordinate with each other. j. During workload or any unfavourable condition, he must support and help his colleagues without any hesitation and grievance. 2) B. Site Location: - All over Gujarat. a. Candidates need to travel frequently. In case of Outstation Sites (outside Ahmedabad) Candidate need to stay near site location as per accommodation available. Accommodation charges and food expenses to be provide by company. b. Working Days – 6 Days a week. Week off can be taken on any day depending on workload of site. Need to instruct 2 days earlier for week off.
