Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating for preparation of Municipal & Architectural Drawings
• Evaluating drawing as per DCR
• Statutory Approvals and liaising with MCGM
• Experience in New Development Projects (commercial)
• Project Planning, Project Feasibility study, Designing, and Technical Due Diligence
• Coordinating with external consultantsfor approvals& various NOCs
• Coordinating with Structural Designers, MEP consultants& Contractors, etc
• Working with Management directly

Experience 8-20 yrs (Working with a real estate developer or Municipal Liaison architectural firm with experience in liaising with MCGM)
Education: Any Graduate
