Responsibilities 1. Demonstrate understanding ofspace planning, have good aesthetic sense and functionality. 2. Prepare fit out plans for bear shell structures and also work on customizations for the existing setup. Prepare layouts for the co working space, franchise and customizations requirements. 3. Collaborate with the sales team and come up with layouts as required for client proposals within a given schedule. 4. Ability to develop and present design concepts and plans. Define projectrequirements and schedule. 5. Knowledge of furniture systems, materials and rates. Understanding of the chronology of execution on-site. 6. Work with design and fit out agencies, prepare time frame estimations, prepare reports on work progress and periodically check on work. 7. Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations for changes required as per site conditions. 8. Prepare bill of quantitiesfor any fit outrequirementsfor the IT Park and Co working space. 9. Coordination with vendors and agencies; vendor development and assessment. 10. Material sourcing and sampling; getting approvals done. Collaborate with marketing team in preparing marketing collateral for the centers.
