Technical Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of MEP ( Diesel Generators, HVAC, VRF systems , Elevators , STP , L.T H.T substations , Pump systems , FAS , CCTV & BMS )
• Ensuring maintenance strategies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth functioning of all the equipment.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and fixing breakdown problems
• Replacing old defunct parts of all the machines and making sure equipment is working smoothly and efficiently
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Spare part management for tools and other materials necessary for maintenance
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures
• Ensuring the uptime of the machinery and equipment
• Coordination in project executions.

Preferred candidate profile

University degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a large and professionally managed organization in similar capacity
