Job Description

Job Title - Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
liaison activities with government authorities
such as PCMC, PMC, PMRDA, SRA, Town Planning, Fire, MOEF, etc.
Maintain and organize
records of all liaison activities
including applications, drawings, approvals, and NOCs.
Responsible for
filing, submission, and tracking
of applications/documents with government departments.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and legal teams to ensure
timely submission of documents
.
Follow up with authorities to
obtain approvals, permissions, and clearances
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Keep management updated with the
status of applications and approvals
.
Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain
relationships with officials
for smooth processing of files.

Requirements:

Graduate (Law/Administration/Engineering background preferred).
5 years of experience in liaisoning for
real estate or infrastructure projects
.
Strong knowledge of approval processes in PCMC, PMC, PMRDA, SRA, and related government bodies.
Good communication, follow-up, and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
