Role & Responsibilities

• Applying Building Plan Approvals, and Sub-Divisions & Small Layouts.
• Co-Ordination with Building Plan Inspector / Town Planning of the Local Body / Officers of CMDA
• Applying Building Plan Approvals, and also Sub-Division & Small Layouts.
• Co-Ordination with Building Plan Inspector / Town Planning Officer of the Local Body.
• Applying Individual Building Plan Approvals, and also Sub-Divisions & Small Layouts.
• Co-Ordination with Building Plan Inspector / Town Planning Officer of the DTCP.
• Applying Patta, Chitta, Adangal, NOC with Thasildhar Officers.
• Correction works like Patta, Chitta, Adangal, Thasildhar Officers.
• Applying and Getting EC, Copy of Documents, Fixation and Registration.
• Served to Construction Development Company as Consultant Getting Building and Land Approvals and Land and Building Brokerage Services.
• Estate Management & Property litigation
• Regular inspections and monitoring
• Conduct due diligence, title verification, and land record analysis.
• Maintaining records, and preparing documents during every stage of work.
• Clearance for projects impacting the environment Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies
• Ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Facilitate communication between government agencies and project teams
• Negotiate permits and approval Skills
• Liaisoning with clients, contractors, and government agencies
• Construction project coordination and management Budgeting and cost control Time management and organization communication and problem-solving skills knowledge of building codes and safety regulation.
