Liaisoning Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between Jangid Solar Energy and external stakeholders such as government departments, vendors, and clients
• Coordinate and follow up on necessary project approvals, permits, and clearances related to solar energy projects
• Maintain and update all liaisoning-related documentation and records accurately
• Facilitate communication between internal teams (project, legal, finance) and external authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance
• Track the status of pending approvals and prepare regular reports for management
• Schedule and attend meetings with government officials, vendors, and clients as required
• Assist in resolving any delays or issues related to regulatory compliance and documentation
• Support legal and compliance teams during audits or inspections
• Build and maintain good relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and regulatory agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of government regulatory processes, permits, and compliance relevant to the solar energy or renewable sector
• Basic knowledge of project documentation and contract management
• Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Excel) and documentation tools
• Ability to maintain and organize records systematically

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (especially in solar, energy, or infrastructure sectors)
