Job Description

Coordinate and follow up with government departments for obtaining necessary project approvals and clearances, such as:
- Building plan approvals
- Environment clearance
- Fire NOC
- Airport NOC (if applicable)
- RERA registration
- Completion and Occupancy Certificates
Liaise with regulatory bodies including:
- Town & Country Planning (TCP)
- Municipal Corporations / Development Authorities
- Revenue Department
- Urban Local Bodies
- Electricity, Water, and Sewerage Boards
Ensure timely submission of applications and compliance with approval timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all government approvals and renewals.
Assist legal and project teams in due diligence of land titles, zoning, and development norms.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance for all company projects.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and consultants.
Handle site visits and inspections by government authorities as required.
