Roles & responsibilities We are recruiting for a Senior in the KGS CH BOI Workforce analytics team. In this team, your responsibilities will include supporting workforce analytics team members in executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). Workforce Insights and Analytics Professional Background Strong understanding of key operational metrics including hours, utilization, penetration, FTE, and headcount, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources. Analytical Expertise Analyze current trends using various methodologies to deliver accurate hours forecasts, critical for resource planning and operational efficiency Proficient in predictive analysis to anticipate future trends and make data-driven decisions. This role is for you if you have the below Educational Qualifications Post graduate degree in in any discipline Work experience 4 - 7 years in any reporting roles working in a medium to large scale corporate environment.
