Legal Trainee

Job Summary:

corporate law, compliance monitoring, contract management, and regulatory matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting

  commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements

  .
• Support in

  corporate law research

  and preparation of legal notes, summaries, and case briefs.
• Help maintain and update the

  contract management database

  and ensure compliance with renewal timelines.
• Assist in

  regulatory compliance tracking

  and filing requirements under applicable laws and company policies.
• Conduct

  legal due diligence

  and research on corporate and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels for ongoing

  legal and compliance matters

  .
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to

  statutory filings, board resolutions, and corporate governance

  .
• Support in

  policy drafting, risk assessment, and compliance audits

  .

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing

  LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.

  from a recognized law school.
• Strong understanding of

  corporate law, compliance frameworks, and contract management

  .
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
  
• Familiarity with

  Companies Act, Contract Act, and regulatory filings

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
