Legal Officer

As a Legal Officer in our company, your role will involve providing comprehensive legal support across various areas such as contract management, compliance, dispute resolution, and corporate governance within the CPaaS industry. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee contract compliance and lifecycle management. - Ensure legal documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance for client onboarding. - Manage legal aspects of debt recovery and handle client disputes for effective dispute resolution. - Monitor regulatory changes, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies for compliance and risk management. - Provide legal advice on business operations, data protection, and international regulations as part of general legal support. - Safeguard company intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights through effective management. - Ensure compliance with governance standards, board resolutions, and company policies for corporate governance. - Advise on employment policies, contracts, and workplace regulations related to employment law. - Assist in legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-transaction support for mergers & acquisitions. - Ensure alignment with corporate social responsibility initiatives and legal standards for ethical & social responsibility. Qualifications And Skills: - Law degree with relevant experience in corporate legal affairs. - Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. - Experience with CPaaS industry regulations is a plus. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills in English.,
