Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risk and protect the bank's interests. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal software applications. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
