Legal Manager - Non litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Drafting of Agreements:
• Draft, review, and vet various commercial agreements, including e-commerce platform agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, etc.
• Ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation in all contracts.
• Property Documentation and Due Diligence:
• Review property documents for ownership, title, encumbrances, and compliance.
• Prepare due diligence reports for property transactions.
• Legal Correspondence:
• Draft and issue legal notices, police complaints, and other forms of legal communication.
• Coordinate with external counsel where required.
• Intellectual Property:
• Assist in trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and managing IP portfolios.
• Coordinate with trademark attorneys and relevant authorities.

• Maintain and update

  legal MIS

  (Management Information Systems).
• Organize and manage physical and digital

  filing systems

  for contracts, legal opinions, notices, etc.
• Ensure all records are kept in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

Compliance & Advisory:

• Provide support in legal compliance matters and research on applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide legal guidance.
