Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Review and Drafting of Agreements:
Draft, review, and vet various commercial agreements, including e-commerce platform agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, etc.
Ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation in all contracts.
Property Documentation and Due Diligence:
Review property documents for ownership, title, encumbrances, and compliance.
Prepare due diligence reports for property transactions.
Legal Correspondence:
Draft and issue legal notices, police complaints, and other forms of legal communication.
Coordinate with external counsel where required.
Intellectual Property:
Assist in trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and managing IP portfolios.
Coordinate with trademark attorneys and relevant authorities.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain and update legal MIS (Management Information Systems).
Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems for contracts, legal opinions, notices, etc.
Ensure all records are kept in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
Compliance & Advisory:
Provide support in legal compliance matters and research on applicable laws and regulations.
Liaise with internal departments to provide legal guidance.
