POSITION: MANAGER LEGAL

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Court Matters

• Handle and manage matters before NCLT, High Courts, District Courts, and local courts
• Coordinate with advocates and senior counsels for litigation strategy, drafting, and hearings
• Draft and vet pleadings, petitions, replies, affidavits, written submissions, and appeals
• Track case progress, court orders, and compliance requirements
• Advise management on litigation risks, outcomes, and settlement strategies

Corporate & Commercial Legal

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal documents
• Handle corporate legal matters, including Companies Act compliance, restructuring, and group transactions
• Provide legal support for real estate, township development, infrastructure, and joint ventures
• Conduct legal due diligence for land, projects, investments, and funding

Regulatory & Advisory

• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws
• Advise management on legal structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks

Qualification & Experience

• LLB
• 7-12 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven hands-on exposure to NCLT, High Court, and local court matters
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate group environments preferred
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong drafting and litigation management skills
• Practical knowledge of IBC, Companies Act, CPC, CrPC, and allied laws
• Ability to manage multiple court matters simultaneously
• High level of discretion, analytical ability, and stakeholder coordination
