Roles and Responsibilities

Manage legal documentation for Construction transactions, including title search, due diligence, and contract drafting.
Provide corporate legal advice on company law matters such as incorporation, secretarial compliance, and regulatory filings.
Handle non-litigation cases related to property disputes and civil litigations.
Oversee litigation management in court proceedings and negotiate settlements when necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction sector or law firm.
Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and stakeholders.
