Job Description

Role & responsibilities Checking DPR prepared by planning engineer & ensure submission to Authority and HO in time. Verify the Strip chart as per actual work done at site & include the same in MPR. Finalization of Monthly work program. Finalization of presentation for periodical meeting with Authority. Check & Finalize presentation for Monthly review meeting at HO. Checking and finalization of MPR for Authority. Scheduling of project work as per time allocated to complete work by client, tracking the progress, suggesting corrective measures Preparation of Monthly resource requirement such as manpower, material, machinery. Assist Site Management in finalizing vendors including preparation of rate comparison, preparation of work order. Prepare all Contractual Correspondence in consultation with site management for Authority. Co-ordinate for certification of SPS / IPC with Authority. To prepare Cash flow and revenue Plan. Co-ordination with internal department for expedite the work. Checking and Finalization of Major Material reconciliation. Checking and Finalization of SPS / IPC. Checking and Finalization of Change of Scope / Price Variation / Escalation and get it approved from Authority. Checking and Certify Sub Contractor Bill Quantity. Co-ordination with Design team for timely approval of drawings. Shall be responsible for constructive coordination with all departments in providing necessary data and extending all support which may be necessary in favour of company / Project.
