Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Legal Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the bank's operations. Provide legal advice and guidance on various banking products and services. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues and disputes. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in legal research and drafting documents. Experience in managing legal cases and disputes.
