Job Description

Legal Advice: Providing legal counsel to various departments on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, compliance, and risk management. Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Litigation Management: Overseeing litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel, and representing the organization in legal proceedings when necessary. Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and identifying and mitigating potential legal risks. Policy Development: Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business units and other departments, to understand their legal needs and provide expert advice. Legal Research: Conducting legal research on complex issues to provide sound legal advice and insights to stakeholders. Training and Development: Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on legal and compliance matters.
