Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Negotiate Documents like Notices, Contracts &Agreements.
Legal Compliance like registration renewal &opposition.
Responsible for Documentation / procedures of legal matters. •
Represent HDB in the court of Law in both for and againstcases.
Handling litigation matters
Drafting of Compliance Initiation Documents, ComplianceReport, and Compliance Checklist.
Drafting reply to legal notices and pleadings pertaining to suits& arbitration proceedings.
Filing of EP-138 NI Act & sec9
Execution of Legal tools like warrant, Warrant of attachment,Warrant of arrest & Sec 9 Order
Taking care of Against cases with complete analysis of thecase by filing WS, Reply & all process.
Collection support through legal tools to maximize collectiontarget.Recovery in Loos & Sale cases
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Legal Matters
Responsible for Legal Initiatives.
Understanding & Managing legal issues efficiently

Preferred candidate profile
•LLB with 6-8 yrs experience in legal field is must. •Good communication and pleasing personality. •High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm. D
