Legal Internship

As a Legal Intern at DEBT 2 NO DEBT, you will be an integral part of our legal team, contributing to various aspects of debt management, banking regulations, legal document drafting, CIBIL checks, and agreement-making. Your role will involve formulating strategies for debt management, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting CIBIL checks, managing agreement creation, performing legal research, and assessing potential legal risks. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce bad debts, providing legal counsel on banking operations, preparing accurate and enforceable legal documents, analyzing CIBIL reports to inform decision-making, coordinating agreement terms with stakeholders, staying updated on financial regulations, conducting legal research on emerging issues, and developing risk mitigation strategies. To qualify for this position, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, debt procedures, and legal drafting, along with excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
