Legal Internship

As a Legal Intern at C Cube Advisors LLP, you will have the opportunity to work in Business Law, Corporate Law, M&A, IP, and Business Advisory under the direct mentorship of Aayush & Abhishek Aggarwal, the Founders & Partners of the firm. Your role will involve real client-facing work, focusing on Corporate, IP, M&A, IBC, and Employment Laws. You will be fully immersed in live legal matters, without any clerical work, and have the chance to secure a PPO or Associate role based on your performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on Corporate Advisory & Structuring, M&A, Insolvency & Restructuring, Employment & Labour Laws, and IP Strategy & Litigation - Engage in direct mentorship under the guidance of Aayush & Abhishek Aggarwal - Handle real client-facing work in various legal areas - Immerse yourself in live legal matters without clerical work - Opportunity for a PPO / Associate role based on your performance **Qualifications Required:** - Final year law students (5-year or 3-year) with completed exams and awaited results - Excellent research, drafting & legal thinking skills - Strong interest in Business Law, Corporate Law, M&A, IP - Willingness to commit to a 6-month, full-time, in-office internship from 10 AM to 7 PM - Ability to work in Sector 17, Chandigarh,
