Legal Internship

You will join the team as a legal trainee at Scaler, India's leading tech education company, and gain hands-on experience in various legal areas. This internship opportunity allows you to work on diverse legal matters and contribute to impactful projects. - Draft, review, and assist with marketing contracts and other commercial agreements. - Handle consumer notices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Provide support on Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including trademarks and copyrights. - Assist in legal issues related to employment law and workplace compliance. - Contribute to data privacy assessments and ensure adherence to privacy regulations. - Work on general corporate law matters, including governance, compliance, and documentation. - Currently pursuing a degree in law or a recent law graduate. - Strong understanding of legal principles and willingness to learn. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience or knowledge in the areas of commercial law, intellectual property, and data privacy would be beneficial.,
