Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Make outbound calls to participants in ongoing training programs in the Middle East to ensure engagement, resolve queries, and provide necessary support Conduct outbound calls to prospective participants to communicate the value proposition of Scaler's training programs and enroll them in suitable courses Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for participant engagement and new enrollments Gather feedback from participants to identify areas of improvement and share insights with internal teams Develop a strong understanding of training offerings and the needs of the Middle East market to effectively position Scaler's solutions About Company: Launched in 2019, Scaler is India’s leading tech education company that upskills working professionals and educates aspiring engineers.
