Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Understand the legal funding needs of clients and offer tailored solutions aligned with our services, such as litigation finance, dispute resolution, and claim management. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional engagement. Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client onboarding goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and sales activities within the CRM system. Collaborate effectively with internal departments—Legal, Research, and Resolution—to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and funding models to clients and partners as required. Stay updated on market developments, competitor strategies, and industry trends to strengthen outreach and positioning. Required Skills & Competencies Communication Mastery: Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi,Gujarati ,Marvadi. Negotiation & Persuasion: Confident in building trust and closing deals. Learning Agility: Quick to grasp basic legal-finance concepts (training will be provided). Target-Orientation: Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance metrics. Presentation & Professionalism: Polished client-facing demeanor; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word).
