Job Role: Sales manager for NBFC fintech and BFSI segment: No :1
The applicant should be having minimum 3 years’ experience with NBFC and BFSI.
He should have handled channels and having relationship management experience and handled
premium accounts. He should be from casa or loans background.
Handled book size of min 50 lacs to 5 cr.
Graduated from BSC, BCOM, BA or BBA streams.
Fluency in English and proficiency in presentation, Microsoft office, google sheets and sales force will
be added advantage.
Function specification:
Achieve monthly, quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and maintain key client relationships.
Coordinate with legal, tech and ops team for solution customization.
Conduct daily reviews and forecasting update.
Achieve KPI:
Lead to conversion ratio.
Monthly revenue.
Retention rate.
Maintain cross sell ratio.
