Job description:

The Legal Executive will assist in handling all legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling litigation and arbitration cases, and supporting various departments with legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
Assist in managing litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and monitor progress of cases.
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under various applicable laws.
Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and contracts database.
Provide support in corporate governance matters including drafting board resolutions and maintaining statutory registers.
Handle legal notices, prepare responses, and manage regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and recent judgments.
Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
Support internal teams .
Travelling to courts and other organizations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 2 yrs experience required.

Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract laws, labor laws, and other relevant legal frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
