Legal Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Handling all legal disputes, claims, and litigation involving the hospital.
• Assist in Maintaining comprehensive records of all litigation cases and provide regular updates to the hospital management and corporate legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, leases, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements, hospital policies, and industry standards.
• Ensure timely renewals, amendments, or terminations as necessary.
• Ensure all contracts are properly documented and accessible in the centralized contract management system for the hospital unit.
• Help in Developing and implementing legal policies, procedures, and best practices to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the hospital management team in developing strategies to address potential legal risks and opportunities.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the hospital’s operations.
• Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, accreditation, and reporting obligations.

Qualification and Expereince

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a legal professional, with experience in healthcare law being an advantage
• Experience in litigation, contract management, and general corporate legal matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
