🚨 We're Hiring: Legal Executive/Officer

About the Role:

Legal Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents (Agreements, MOUs, Bank Guarantees, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, POAs).
Periodic review and improvement of standard document templates.
Maintain and manage all legal records and documentation.
Assist in managing the company’s
trademark portfolio
in collaboration with Trademark Attorneys.
Support litigation and dispute resolution efficiently and cost-effectively.

Financial

Handle recovery-related legal cases and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.
Negotiate favorable terms for commercial contracts.

Coordination & Compliance

Conduct internal trademark searches.
Vet key business correspondence from a legal lens.
Liaise with external law firms for case updates, drafting, documentation, and legal conferences.
Organize online legal compliance training for employees.
