Role & responsibilities 1. Preparation and drafting of various Agreements, Negotiating, Reviewing and Drafting various types of Contracts. 2. Preparation of brief for advocates, management, and other various legal matters. 3. Maintaining records pertaining to Customer Agreement. 4. Supporting and analyzing different issues, policies to enable & formulate statutory compliance policies. 5. To prepare and file RERA application on time, co-ordinate with the various team members for RERA registration and periodic compliance. 6. Litigation - Attending Court, Follow-up with advocates. 7. Draft Various Agreements, MOU, Sale Deeds. 8. Coordinate with Senior Advocates for title search, land acquisition. 9. Coordinate Banks for Legal Queries related to APF What are we looking for? A qualified professional with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience Candidate with prior experience is Real Estate will be preferred Speaking & Writing Proficiency in both English & Marathi.
