Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and concerns with timely and effective resolution

  • Coordinate with internal teams for document processing, agreements, and updates

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools

  • Assist in client meetings and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle

  • Handle possession formalities and after-sales support

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate CRM or client servicing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Real Estate or Business preferred)
