Job Description

Job Summary

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships from lead generation to post-sales support. The role ensures a seamless customer journey, accurate data management, coordination between sales teams and clients, and timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Sales Coordination

Manage and maintain all leads in the CRM system (calls, emails, walk-ins, portals
Allocate leads to sales consultants and track follow-ups.
Ensure timely follow-up and update lead status regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead reports.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and client appointments.

Customer Relationship Management

Act as the single point of contact for customers post-booking.
Maintain client records including booking forms, KYC documents, and payment schedules.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.

Post-Sales Support

Coordinate with legal, accounts, and operations teams for documentation and agreements.
Track payment collections, reminders, and outstanding dues.
Assist customers with registration, handover, and possession processes.
Manage customer communication regarding project updates and timelines.

Data & Reporting

Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
Generate MIS reports for management review.
Analyze customer data to improve sales and service efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
25 years of experience in CRM/customer relations in real estate.
Experience in handling luxury or residential projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of RERA regulations (for India)
