Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Junior CRM Executives to manage client relationships, post-sales support, and customer engagement for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client communication efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries and concerns with timely and effective resolution Coordinate with internal teams for document processing, agreements, and updates Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools Assist in client meetings and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle Handle possession formalities and after-sales support Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate CRM or client servicing Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Bachelors degree in any discipline (Real Estate or Business preferred)
