Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and document filing.
  • Support in managing office supplies, stationery, and basic office upkeep.
  • Carry out field work and errands as required.
  • Act as a runner for delivering/collecting documents, materials, and payments.
  • Provide general support to staff and management for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and willing to handle both office and field responsibilities.
