About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team and support the organization in managing legal documentation, agreement drafting, policy research, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of environmental and EPR compliances, along with excellent drafting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and vet various agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and contracts.Conduct legal research on company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.Ensure compliance with environmental and EPR laws, and assist in documentation for the same.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards.Maintain and update records of licenses, permits, and legal documentation.Assist in handling notices, legal correspondences, and regulatory filings.Provide support in policy development and implementation in line with legal requirements.Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.1–3 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or environmental law preferred.Strong understanding of EPR and environmental compliance frameworks.Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
