Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with local law and regulation, provide professional legal advice on corporate legal matters, contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

2. Respond promptly to the needs of the sales team, participate in the review of sales contracts, review contract terms based on company's business type, coordinate internal resources to review contract, manage contract risks, provide reasonable and evidence-based review opinions in a timely manner for business negotiations with clients.

3. Generate contract templates to form a set of our company's standard contract system.

4. Monitor the execution of contracts, accurately judge and issue warnings for the risks of sales contracts.

5. For the contract risks that have occurred, capable of quickly organizing resources and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

1. Graduated from a law major with a bachelor's degree or above;

2. At least 2 years of working experience in reviewing industrial product sales contracts would be preferred;

3. Familiar with various company systems and processes such as marketing, production, and finance, know well about contract signing and contract execution;

4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Overseas working experience would be preferred.

5. Skilled in using various office equipment and software.
