Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, joint venture/teaming arrangements, alliances, and corporate structures.
Advise on legal and commercial issues, including risk assessment, governance, and compliance.
Support project teams during both opportunity and execution phases, including change management and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with SAGCs, Regional and Strategic General Counsels, and Legal Centers of Excellence to manage legal risk and support business outcomes.
Contribute to the development and refinement of AI-based legal tools, templates, and training materials.
Informally mentor junior legal team members and share knowledge across the team.
