Job Title: Legal Associate

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Location: Sadar, Nagpur 

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Providing legal advice on corporate, real estate, employment, and regulatory matters.

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Handling dispute resolution, litigation, and coordinating with external counsel, if required.

Preparing and maintaining legal records, documentation, and case files.

Advising management on risk mitigation and legal implications of business decisions.

Supporting internal teams in legal queries and compliance checks.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/legal practice.

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance requirements.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Skills.

Experience in real estate, corporate advisory, or labor laws will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
