The Opportunity:

We seek an initiative-driven and diligent enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team to liaise and manage all aspects of the organisation’s contractual arrangements with vendors including related enterprise documentation. A successful candidate should be detail-oriented and thrive in an independent contributor environment, and will manage enterprise legal work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and enterprise documentation. Familiarity with applicable regulatory outsourcing requirements, third-party risk governance and management frameworks and audit requirements will be an advantage. Strong drafting skills are essential.


What you will be doing:

  • Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring that our agreements with counterparties e.g. service providers, are robust, including to satisfy, in letter and spirit, all applicable regulatory and legal requirements, guidelines, policies and minimum legal documentation standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procuring that appropriate legal templates are developed and used.
  • Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.
  • Ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations in our enterprise framework, including compliance with international sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, and fraud.


What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements are essential
  • Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong research, analytical and drafting skills
  • Business acumen
  • Qualifications (training, licences, memberships and certifications):

    Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE
