Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Finance Assistant to join our finance team of Olea. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.

• Process payment requests in bank and issue sales invoices.

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Participate in external audits and support the implementation of financial controls.

• Provide accounting support, including but not limited to bookkeeping, preparation of GST submissions, bank reconciliation, and preparation of monthly financial reports.

• Assist unit heads in their claim’s reimbursement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of accounting software and financial management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Remote working experience
