Role Description

This Legal Assistant full-time, on-site role is located in Delhi, India. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the legal department by preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with legal research. Daily tasks include managing case files, maintaining legal records, and ensuring compliance with regulations relevant to the education consultancy industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Assistants duties, including knowledge of relevant legal processes and terminology.
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills, including effective organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of legal obligations within the context of the education consultancy sector is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
