Job Description: Position: Marketing Assistant Department: Marketing Location: Vox group of Companies , Mylapore , Chennai. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in daily administrative tasks, campaign execution, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will assist in creating marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media accounts, and gathering market data to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email). Create and edit marketing content including brochures, presentations, email newsletters, and social media posts. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Maintain and update the company’s marketing database and CRM system. Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders for marketing-related requirements. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing budgets). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships included). Good understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Optional): Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot). SEO and Google Analytics understanding. Job Summary: As a legal officer, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of legal operations.
