Role Summary

The Legal Advisor will handle legal compliance, draft agreements, provide legal guidance, and support the company in managing statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and notices.

Provide legal advice on company operations and policies.

Ensure compliance with corporate, labour, and commercial laws.

Manage disputes and coordinate with external lawyers.

Maintain legal records and licences.

Monitor regulatory changes and advise management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of corporate, labour, and contract law.

Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

LLB (LLM preferred)

3–7 years of corporate legal experience, FMCG preferred
